Extremely interesting view of our health delivery system and some of the challenges that shape what the end user gets to deal with. Should be viewed by every admissions board. Very interesting, witty and well crafted for an audience. It provides an inside view from someone who has nearly 35 years experience, not just as an observer but as an active participant. Walked away thinking about how I impact the issues and what I may need to do the provide a more desirable result. Change is difficult but essential.

Wow, this is just great to see Dr. Orieux doing a TED Talk. I went to a 3-day conference several years ago that Dr. Orieux hosted, where he explained to the importance of identifying a problem and breaking it down into its component parts. What I learned those many moons ago has helped me ever since in my everyday life! I think this is something the younger generation needs to hear!

Have taken a weekend training workshop with Dr. Orieux this past summer, I really appreciate how he communicates complex social issues like disengagement by drawing parallels to things everyone can relate to, like getting your wisdom teeth out. An excellent Ted Talk! It's just too bad these things are limited to 18 minutes.

I am one of Dr. O’s patients and can say that he truly cares about his patients. Today he helped me through anxiety about my procedure and offered his teachings to the dental hygienist. He cares first about the patient being comfortable and then completing the task at hand. I really wish all doctors, especially Medical Doctors, took this approach. Nothing worse than being rushed and not listened to. Fabulous information that should be widely shared.

We've all been to dentists before, but as a patient of Dr Orieux, I can vouch that he certainly practices what he teaches. He of course addresses key management points that are invaluable across the board for anyone in leadership. Hope to see more of you on TED Dr!

I saw Dr. Orieux at a national conference in Toronto. Videos don't do justice to how dynamic he is and how well he gets his audience engaged.

Ararat doesn't "teach" prosperity - prosperity just follows when business people put into practice what Ararat "does" teach and that is how to make a difference in your employees lives, who then in turn will want to make a positive difference for your business. When I began to put energy, emotion and effort into my people, they began to put energy, emotion and effort back into me. The turning point in my outlook on success occurred when Ararat showed me how the secret for caring about my people, was "caring" about my people.

I couldn't have imagined how much our team could become so united in just three days. Our resolve for synergy has become fortified because Dr. Orieux presented a model for team-building that we all believe we can achieve. He inspired us to believe in ourselves.
